Group Your Properties for a Better Overview

Managing several smaller properties can get messy fast. That’s why we added Property Groups: a simple way to bundle properties together and see them as one “big picture” view.

With Property Groups, you can get a clearer overview of:

  • Availability across the group
  • Performance and insights at group level
  • A faster way to navigate and switch context

Why Property Groups are useful

If you run multiple locations or a few smaller buildings, you probably don’t want to jump property-by-property all day.

Property Groups help you:

  • Spot gaps and openings across all properties faster
  • Compare how different properties are performing
  • Keep things organized when your portfolio grows

How to create a Property Group

  1. Go to your Organization
  2. Open Properties
  3. Create a new group
  4. Select the properties you want to include
  5. Save

That’s it.

Where to find your groups

Once created, your Property Groups will appear in your organization’s properties section and in the sidebar, so you can navigate to them quickly, right next to your individual properties.

You can still manage properties one by one, but now you also have the group view when you need it.

Wrap-up

Property Groups are perfect if you want a cleaner setup and a better overview across multiple properties. Group them once, and manage smarter from there.
