Give Your Guests Superpowers with The Mangobeds Guest Portal

Make life easy for your guests and your team. The Guest Portal puts everything in one place, so guests help themselves instead of pinging you for basics.


What guests can do

  • See booking details: dates, unit, totals, house rules, and add-ons.
  • Complete the Check-in: Finish adding the details required to check in the property
  • Manage and sign documents: Contracts, community rules, etc. Learn more here
  • Manage payments: view payment history and pay the remaining balance in a few clicks. And if the booking is longer than one month you can enable monthly payments so the total gets split into monthly payments, making it easier to pay the monthly amounts.
  • Message your team: ask questions, share arrival times, report issues, all tied to the booking. You will be albe to see and reply on the booking page
  • Update or cancel their booking (if enabled in settings).

How to activate it

  1. Go to: Apps → Guest Portal
  2. Configure: Edit what sections to show.
  3. Share: copy the Guest Portal link and
    • add it to your website / confirmation emails, or
    • send it directly to your guest.

That’s it, no extra tools!


Upsell with Extras

The Guest Portal is also a great place to upsell. From your Guest Portal settings, pick which extras to feature — late checkouts, airport pickups, welcome packs, bike rentals — and guests can add them to their booking in a couple of clicks. Each add-on is attached to the booking automatically and you get a notification so you can follow up for payment and delivery.
