If you host in Colombia, you can now charge guests through Bold right inside Mangobeds. Guests pay with local and international cards, PSE, Bancolombia, Nequi, and other familiar Colombian methods—while you keep clean reconciliation in one place.
Before you start (what you need)
- An active Bold merchant account.
- Your Bold Identity Key and Secret Key.
Where to find them in Bold:
- Log in to your Bold dashboard and go to Integraciones.
- Open the “Botón de Pagos” tab (the same keys are used for API Link de Pagos).
- Copy the Identity Key and Secret Key.
Heads-up: do not use the keys from the “API pagos en línea” tab—those belong to a different Bold product and won’t work with this integration.
Webhook URL (important):
Still in your Bold dashboard, open the webhooks configuration and add:
https://www.mangobeds.com/api/webhooks/boldEnable the sale and void events so Bold notifies Mangobeds whenever a payment is approved, rejected, or reversed.
How to set it up in Mangobeds
- Go to Property → Settings → Payment Accounts → Connect.
- Under Create a new payment account, choose Bold.
- Paste the credentials:
- Bold Identity Key
- Bold Secret Key
- Save to create the payment account, then Connect it to the property.
Heads-up: once a property is linked to a payment account, you can’t swap providers on that property without removing the connection first.
