This release is about staying in one place and getting more done. You can now message Coliving.com guests without leaving Mangobeds, manage smart lock access codes, set different long-stay discounts per season, and share your bookings calendar with people outside your team. On top of that, we refreshed the look and flow of several apps and cleaned up a long list of details across bookings, invoicing, housekeeping, and reporting.


Message Coliving.com guests without leaving Mangobeds

You can now receive and send messages for Coliving.com bookings directly inside Mangobeds. No more switching tabs to keep a conversation going, every guest message lands in one inbox alongside the rest of your bookings.

Manage smart lock key access codes

Assign digital keys per unit, track their validity dates, and send access codes to guests automatically through your communication templates. It is one less thing to coordinate manually before every arrival.

Seasonal long-stay discounts

Long-stay discounts can now vary by season. Offer a deeper discount in your low season to fill the calendar and a lighter one when demand is high, all from the same pricing setup. Your monthly and extended stays finally price the way your business actually works.

Minimum nights per period in multi-period booking forms

For booking forms with multiple periods, you can now set a minimum number of nights per period. This gives you finer control over how guests can book across your different seasons or rate periods.

Create booking requests as an admin

You can now create booking requests directly as an admin, not just guests through the booking form. Useful when you are taking an enquiry over the phone, by email, or in person and want it to follow the same request-and-confirm flow.

Share your bookings calendar with externals

The bookings calendar now has a shareable view you can give to people outside your team, like owners, cleaners, or partners, so they can see what is happening without needing a full account.

Swedish and Hindi language support

The booking form and customer-facing funnels now support Swedish and Hindi. As always, we keep adding languages so guests can book in the language they are most comfortable with.


Other fixes and improvements

Bookings page: We improved the check-in and check-out cards and how bookings are displayed, refreshed the page content, made check-in and check-out status clearer, and improved filtering so you can find the right bookings faster. We also fixed the logic for bookings that end up with a negative total after a discount is applied.

Booking forms: Contact phone is now part of property details and booking forms. We also improved how extras and accommodations are ordered and displayed, so guests see your options in a cleaner, more intuitive order.

Coliving.com app: Beyond the new messaging, we refreshed the design and UX of the Coliving.com app for a cleaner day-to-day experience.

Invoicing app: The invoicing app got a design and UX refresh to make billing easier to navigate.

Housekeeping: We improved individual task management so cleaning and housekeeping jobs are easier to assign, track, and complete.

Reporting: We improved the math across the reporting section, the performance analytics, and the channel insights, so your numbers are more accurate. We also improved complex data exports.

Navigation: We fixed a handful of sidebar issues for smoother navigation.
