Mangobeds offers a flexible system to handle payments and refunds, designed to accommodate any need for you and your guests.

Payments

Managing payments is super easy and can be tailored to your specific situation:

  1. Go to the Booking Page: Find the booking you want to manage.
  2. Add a Payment: Navigate to the Payments section and click on Add Payment.
    • You can choose to just register the payment (for example, if you received a bank transfer or cash).
    • Or, you can choose to charge the guest directly through the platform.

This flexibility ensures that you can handle various types of transactions without any hassle.

Refunds

If you need to refund a payment, it’s simple:

  1. Find the Payment: Look for the payment you charged to the guest in the booking > Payments.
  2. Click on the Three Dots: On the right-hand side of the payment, click the three dots to see the options.
  3. Choose Refund: You’ll have the option to refund the full amount or just a part of it, depending on your needs.

This flexibility allows you to process refunds easily, whether it’s a full refund or partial, based on your policy.
