Payment Links in Mangobeds

Sending a quick payment link is the easiest way to charge guests if you can’t process their credit card or they want to pay with a different method. This feature keeps payments simple and secure for everyone.

How Payment Links Work

Just create a payment link from your booking, share it with your guest, and wait for them to pay. Once payment is complete, Mangobeds will automatically update the booking to show it’s settled.

Creating a Payment Link

  1. Connect a Payment Account
Make sure you have a payment account linked to your property. If you need help, check out Payment Accounts and Online Payments.
  2. Go to Booking → Payments Tab
Open the booking you want to charge, head to the “Payments” section, and click Create New Payment.
  3. Select Amount and Click Create Payment Link
Enter the payment amount, then hit Create Payment Link. The link will copy to your clipboard.
  4. Share the Link
Send it to your guest via email, chat, or however you usually communicate. The payment stays “Pending” until the guest completes it.

Need the Link Again?

Look for the pending payment, click the three dots, and select Copy Link. Note that only pending payments have an active link to share.

Wrap-Up

Payment links are perfect if you want a fast, flexible way to handle charges without fuss. Give it a try and keep your coliving bookings running smoothly!
