New ways to get found, stay in sync, and save time

This release is all about making connections easier and cutting down manual work. We added new channels to help you get more visibility, improved sync tools so you can fix things faster when needed, and gave guests more control through the guest portal. On top of that, messaging, overbooking prevention, and booking creation are all smoother than before.


Faster booking creation and updates

Creating or updating a booking is now quicker thanks to early availability checks. This helps you spot issues sooner and saves time when working on bookings.

Better Coliving.com sync

We improved how room type data is filled in when linking Coliving.com with Mangobeds, so setup is clearer and mapping is easier. We also added a manual full sync option in both the Channel Manager and the Coliving.com app. Availability, rates, and restrictions still sync automatically whenever something changes, but now you can also re-sync everything manually if something looks off.

Manually sync bookings from Coliving.com

If you need to import reservations on demand, for example after connecting the integration or fixing a mapping, you can now trigger a manual booking sync. Just go to Apps → Coliving.com → Settings → Sync bookings. This will pull all current and future bookings from Coliving.com into Mangobeds. Before running it, make sure your room types are already mapped correctly, otherwise bookings may be imported into the wrong units.

New iCal app

We launched a new iCal app that makes it much easier to connect Mangobeds with external booking channels and other tools using iCal. It is simpler to set up, easier to manage, and clearer to understand.

More visibility with Agoda and Trip.com

You can now connect Agoda and Trip.com to reach more guests and increase your visibility across more channels.

New Messages app

We added a new Messages app so you can keep guest communication in one place instead of jumping between different extranets and inboxes.

More power for guests in the guest portal

Guests can now update and cancel their bookings directly through the guest portal, which means less back-and-forth for your team. We also improved the design and login flow, and added the ability for guests to upload documents more easily.

Better guest management

We improved guest search so it is faster to find the right person, and editing guest addresses is now easier too.

We made the Chekin integration smoother so guest data and check-in flows work better together.

We improved how the Channel Manager handles and prevents overbookings, helping you avoid conflicts and keep calendars more accurate.
