More Ways to Get Paid, Sharper Availability, and Less Busywork

This release is about getting paid in more places, keeping your availability accurate everywhere, and cutting the manual work in between. We added four new payment providers, CSV exports for invoices and payments, a unit board for housekeeping, guest upsells, and a tickets system for maintenance and requests. On top of that, we cleaned up a long list of details across availability sync, the calendar, extras, invoicing, and the guest portal.

Four new payment providers

More payment providers, so you can charge guests with methods they already trust wherever you host: Bold in Colombia, Tilopay and Pagadito across Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean, and PayHere in Sri Lanka. Each connects right inside Mangobeds with clean reconciliation in one place.

Turn existing bookings into bigger ones with upsells

Offer extras and upgrades through booking forms, the guest portal, and automated communications, and turn bookings you already have into bigger ones without extra marketing spend.

Track maintenance, guest requests, and tasks with Tickets

Maintenance jobs, guest requests, incidences, and any task now live in one structured list with priorities, assignees, photo attachments, and guest-portal reporting. Tickets replace and extend the old Reminders.

A unit board for housekeeping

The housekeeping app now has a unit board, giving your cleaning team a clear per-unit view of what needs attention and where.

Export invoices and payments as CSV

You can now export your invoices and your payments as CSV, so reconciling with your accountant or your own spreadsheets is a one-click job.

More flexible booking deposits

Deposits are now more flexible, giving you finer control over how much you ask for up front and when.

Share the guest portal with a QR code

You can now share the guest portal with a QR code, making it faster to hand guests everything they need on arrival.

Other fixes and improvements

Booking forms: Improved how long-stay discounts display in the booking engine, and improved availability handling so guests see accurate options.

Calendar: Improved the availability display, and improved the dialog for creating bookings and blocking units directly from the calendar.

Channel manager: Improved availability synchronization to keep your channels accurate, and you can now retry a failed webhook manually.

Extras: Fixed extra quantity calculation, and improved the extras documentation and setup experience.

Invoicing: You can now auto-include selected custom guest fields on invoices, and we improved the invoice activity view.

Payments: Clearer payment status tooltip, and an easier way to change the payment account on a booking.

Coliving.com: Improved the API key connection, and added a new API endpoint to sync availability with Coliving.com.

Integrations: Improved the Hostkit implementation.
