Creating Seasonal Rates

Follow these steps to set up seasonal rates for your accommodations:

Step 1: Navigate to Accommodations

• Log in to your Mangobeds dashboard.
• Go to the Accommodations section in the main menu.

Step 2: Select an Accommodation

• Choose the accommodation you wish to set seasonal rates for.

Step 3: Access Seasonal Rates

• In the accommodation details, locate the Seasonal Rates section.
• Click on it to open the seasonal rates configuration page.

Step 4: Set Up Your Seasonal Rates

1. Select Start and End Dates: Specify the period during which the seasonal rates will apply.
2. Set the Seasonal Price: Enter the new price you want to charge during this season.
3. Review and Save: Double-check the dates and price to ensure accuracy, then click Save.

Additional Notes:

• Seasonal rates will automatically override standard rates for the specified period.
• You can set up multiple seasonal rates for different periods, such as Christmas, summer, or weekends.

Managing Existing Seasonal Rates

You can edit or delete seasonal rates as needed:

• Editing Seasonal Rates: Locate the seasonal rate you wish to adjust, make the necessary changes, and save them.
• Deleting Seasonal Rates: Select the seasonal rate and click the delete icon to remove it from the list.
