Manage Multiple Properties in Mangobeds

Running several properties in different cities, or even countries, doesn’t have to be a hard thing. Mangobeds lets you manage every location and property from one dashboard while keeping pricing, currency, and payments crystal clear.

Flexible unit allocation

Your organization subscription is based on total units, not properties. A 20-unit plan could be:

  • 1 property with 8 units + 1 with 12 units
  • 4 properties with 5 units each
  • Any mix you need

Where to manage your properties

  1. Click Organization (top-left of the dashboard).
  2. In the Properties tab you’ll see every property, plus the Create button for new ones.

Creating a new property

  • Click Create → fill in name, address, time-zone, and pick the currency.
  • Hit Save and the property appears instantly.
  • Need different currencies? No problem, each property can run its own.

Centralized payment accounts

Link multiple payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.) at the organization level and assign them to any property. One account can serve all, or you can mix and match. Full setup guide: Payment Accounts & Online Payments.

Wrap-up

Whether you operate a beach villa and a city hub, or ten retreats across continents, Mangobeds keeps all properties under one roof, with flexible units, multi-currency support, and shared payment accounts.

Focus on guest experience; we’ll handle the logistics.
