Why Add Documents to Bookings?

Instead of scattered emails and shared drives, every document lives right where it belongs: inside the booking. Whether you need to check a guest’s passport scan or pull up a rental agreement, it’s all just a click away.

How to Upload a Document

  1. Open the booking you want to add a document to
  2. Go to the Documents tab
  3. Click Add Document
  4. Select a file from your device — you can upload images (JPG, PNG) or PDFs
  5. The document is saved instantly and visible to both you and the guest

That’s it. The document is now attached to the booking and accessible anytime.

Guests Can Upload Too

Your guests can also upload documents from the Guest Portal. This is useful when you need them to provide identification, proof of payment, or any other supporting document.

When a guest uploads a document, it appears in the same Documents tab on your side — no back-and-forth emails needed.
