1. Navigate to Your Organization
- Log in to your Mangobeds account.
- Open the sidebar: Click the main menu (typically on the top left) to reveal the sidebar.
- Select your Organization: If you’re part of multiple organizations, make sure you choose the correct one where you want to add new members.
2. Go to Members
Once you’ve selected the organization:
- Click on “Members” in the sidebar.
- Here, you’ll see a list of all existing members and their current roles.
3. Invite a New Member
- Add Email: Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
- Press “Invite”: This will send an invitation link to that email address.
- Assign a Role: You can set whether they’ll be an owner or staff depending on your internal structure.
4. Update or Change Roles
If you need to modify someone’s permissions later:
- Click on their name in the Members list.
- Select a new role from the dropdown to update their access level.
