Follow these steps to set up your account and get started.
Automate things and save money and time for what really matters!
Step 1: Create an Accommodation
First, you’ll need to add accommodations to your property.
- Navigate to the Accommodations Section:
- Go to the main dashboard.
- Click on
Accommodations. - Select your property and click on
Accommodations.
- Add a New Accommodation:
- Click on
New Accommodation. - Fill in the required details such as accommodation type, name, and description.
- Save your new accommodation.

Step 2: Create a Booking Form & Add It to Your Website
Set up a booking form to start accepting reservations directly, then embed it on your own website.
- Create a Booking Form:
- Navigate to
Booking Forms. - Click on
New Booking Form. - Customize your form with details like minimum and maximum stay durations, room types, and policies.

- Add the Form to Your Website:
- Go to the booking forms page and click on “Add to my website”.
- Copy the embed code into your site to start taking direct bookings.

Step 3: Connect for More Visibility
Get your accommodations in front of more guests by syncing your availability with external platforms.
- OTAs & channel managers: sync with Airbnb, Booking.com and more so your availability and bookings stay up to date automatically across every channel.
- iCal: connect calendars with any platform that supports iCal to share and block availability.
- Coliving.com and niche platforms: list your coliving where digital nomads and remote workers actually search.

Step 4: Set Your Pricing
Set up the right rates so you earn more during busy periods and encourage guests to stay longer.
Seasonal Rates — adjust your pricing for different seasons:
- Click on
Accommodations - Click on Seasonal Rates.
- Click on
New Seasonal Rate. - Set the rates and duration for the season, then save.
Long Stay Discount — encourage longer stays by offering a discount:
- Go to promotions
- Click on
New Promotion. - Choose
Long Stay Discount. - Select the accommodations you want to apply it to
- Set the discount parameters and save.

Step 5: Create a Booking
Create a booking manually as an admin.
- Navigate to bookings.
- Click on
New Booking. - Add the units you want to book and the guest details. You only need to add the first name to create the booking
- Check if all details are correct and save the booking.

Step 6: Invite Members
Invite your team members to help you manage your properties
- Go to Members:
- Access your organization from the sidebar
- Navigate
Members.
- Invite Members:
- Click on
Invite Team Members. - Enter their email addresses and assign roles.
- Send the invitations.
- Click on
Step 7: Add Extras
Enhance your offerings by adding extras like breakfast, cleaning services or Airport pickup
- Navigate to Extras:
Open the sidebar.- Select your property and click on
Extras.
- Add New Extras:
- Click on
New Extra. - Enter details such as the name, description, and price.
- Save the extra.
- Click on
