Fine-Tune Booking Stays with Restrictions by Date

High-season buzzing? Low-season gaps? Seasonal Restrictions let you update your minimum and maximum night rules by date, so you can raise the bar when demand is hot and drop it when you need to fill rooms.

Why use Seasonal Restrictions?

  • High-season control: Bump up min stays to lock longer bookings.
  • Gap-filling: Slash limits mid-week or off-peak to attract quick stays.
  • Bulk editing: Apply one rule across multiple accommodations in seconds.
  • Priority logic: These rules override the defaults in Booking Forms and the Channel Manager App.

How to create a Seasonal Restriction

  1. Open Accommodations → Seasonal Restrictions.
  2. Click New.
  3. Name it (e.g., “Summer Min 5 Nights”).
  4. Pick the Start and End dates.
  5. Set your Min Stay and/or Max Stay.
  6. Select the accommodations the rule should cover.
  7. Hit Save. Done!

You’ll see the new rule in the list. Need tweaks? Edit or remove it.

Wrap-up
