Fine-Tune Booking Stays with Restrictions by Date
High-season buzzing? Low-season gaps? Seasonal Restrictions let you update your minimum and maximum night rules by date, so you can raise the bar when demand is hot and drop it when you need to fill rooms.
Stronger Channel Manager
Airbnb and Booking.com stay in sync as always, and we’ve added Hostelworld to the mix. The new sync engine also works better when managing the OTA booking changes.
Smarter Invoices & Taxes
Every booking links straight to its invoice, extra taxes are added automatically, and you can change the property name or address on any invoice before sending it.
Better Booking Emails
Confirmation emails now show the guest’s details plus their expected arrival time, so you can prep the welcome without extra messages.
Faster Booking Form
The form loads faster, the date picker is brand-new, and a big “Next” button guides guests through each step. If they miss a field, the form scrolls right to it. Long-stay discounts now calculate night by night, and you can block any dates you don’t want guests to book.
Calendar Touch-Ups
The form date picker knows your minimum and maximum stay rules, the form always opens on the right start date, and guests see when a coupon ends before they pay.
New Insights
Your Insights dashboard now tracks the average length of stay and shows how many bookings are created each period.
Access & Check-In Control
Team members can be limited to specific properties, and the check-in / check-out status is quicker to update and filter.

We added Vietnamese Dong (VND) support, improved the custom success-URL solution, sped up background jobs, cleaned up the docs, and improved how we track the source of each booking.
