What they are
Reminders help you track follow-ups tied to a booking (e.g., “charge the guest on Friday”, “schedule housekeeping”). They live with each booking and surface where you need them, so nothing slips.
- Status: Pending, Past due, Completed
- Access: Available on Pro and Premium plans
Create a reminder
- Open a booking: Properties → Bookings → open any booking.
- Go to the Reminders tab.
- Click New.
- Fill the form
See due items on the Home page
On your property’s Home, you’ll see a “Due reminders” section with cards for anything due today or earlier (and not completed).
You will be able to jump to the booking to see more details and complete/uncomplete them
Edit a reminder
- Open the booking → Reminders tab.
- Click the three‑dot menu next to an item → Edit.
- Update name or date → Save.
Mark as complete (or undo)
- Open the booking → Reminders tab.
- Click the three‑dot menu next to an item.
- If it’s pending/past due, choose Complete.
- If it’s completed, choose Uncomplete to revert.
The list refreshes and the status badge updates immediately.
Notes:
- Completed items don’t appear in the Home → “Due reminders” section.
- You can still edit completed items later if needed.
