How to create an Agent

  1. Go to Apps → Agents
  2. Click Create new agent
  3. Fill in:
    • Agent name (example: “Booking Assistant”)
    • Booking form (select the one you want this agent to use)

That’s it. The agent configuration is based on the booking form, so it automatically follows the same structure and rules, keeping everything simple and consistent.

Add the Agent to your website

Once the agent is created:

  1. Open the agent
  2. In the install/share section, choose how you want to publish it:
    • Embed widget: copy-paste the widget code into your website
    • Direct link: share or redirect guests to a hosted chat page
